Hair Bliss Serum Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a satisfying experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product does not deliver the expected results.

To be eligible:

  • The product must in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The request must be made within 7  to 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of issue (photos or video) is required for assessment.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info@hairbliss.pk  with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Attached photos or videos of the product


    • Please send before and after photos of your hair for review.

  2. Once approved, we’ll guide you on returning the product.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
  • If the refund is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Note:

Custom bulk quantity orders are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to personal-use products if they do not work for you.
